The New Stuff

Retro With New Direction In Gucci Resort 2016

Gucci's new creative director Alessandro Michele presented new resort 2016 ready to wear collection for the brand. It's eccentric, colorful and retro addicted. The vintage feel has a new mood, what is an extension of his Fall season.
Model walks down the runway wearing pink pantsuit, white shirt, leather loafers and retro eye-glasses.  The show featured long-sleeve chevron-stripe dresses, 1960's inspired thigh-high shift dresses, cropped vintage-style coats, knife-pleated lace skirts, frilly chiffon mini dresses:, astrakhan coats in electric fuchsia, boyish pantsuits, kitschy Americana style lace dresses with Western shirt details. Speaking of details, then you are about to see embroidered patches everywhere, starting from floaty evening dresses to corduroy jean jackets.
